Seven Ali (Boys Basketball) 

Kailee Gailter (Girls Basketball) coming in clutch with some great shots & defense!

Grace Gerhard (Girls Basketball) for her consistent effort, strength & good defense!

Luke Jones (Hockey) took over the goalie position this season. He has great energy & strong skills & is really fun to watch. His amazing saves are putting the team in a position to win. 

Luka Kniahynyckyj (Boys Basketball)

George Libecco (Boys Swimming/Diving) competed in the final dual meet of his high school swimming career on January 24th, winning both the 50 & 100 freestyle events. His performance contributed to the Team’s victory, an undefeated season, & a conference championship.

Aly Mercer (Gymnastics) has been a big role to this team this year. She has contributed individual scores to the team in every meet this season. Not only is she a leader in the gym for her team, she is also a leader outside of the gym. It is an honor to be Aly’s coach.

Dev Patel (Boys Bowling) & Danica Wood (Girls Bowling)  Honored for their commitments to their respective Bowling Teams. They both were integral part of the Teams! 

Furkan Bas (Boys Swimming/Diving) competed in JV Champs this past weekend. He dropped 13.31 seconds in the 200 freestyle & 2.92 seconds in the 100 breaststroke, & came in 2nd & 1st respectively. Furkan was also part of the 3rd place 200 medley relay & the 2nd place 400 freestyle relay

Dylan Berk (Cheerleading)  always has a positive attitude that encourages & supports her teammates Maggie Cruickshank (Girls Basketball) has stepped up her play this week

Amir Jones (Boys Basketball) 

Kennedy Prelog (Girls Bowling) Against our win against Cuyahoga Falls, she hit a 191 to help our team beat them by 7 pins! This past weekend, she hit her all time best of 203. We are hopeful that Kennedy will make it to Districts with these types of scores, if not State!

Kellen Singleton (Wrestling) finished first in the Madison JV tournament & won by a fall in the final.

Lia Staten (Hockey) It is obvious that Lia loves playing hockey. She works hard, always hustles during every shift, & cheers for all her teammates.

Sean Vassar (Boys Basketball)

Brandon Vinson (Wrestling) Finished in 3rd place at the Dublin Scioto Freshman State Tournament.

Carter Chase (Hockey) has been a steady & consistent player on the back end defense. As a freshman, he is a welcome addition to the team playing big minutes in every game.

Cameron Cureton (Wrestling) went 3-0 in his pool at the Suburban League Tournament & finished in 4th place at the 126 pound weight class.

Logan Hirsh (Gymnastics) has been dealing with an injury that has not allowed her to compete until this past weekend. Though she is only allowed to compete on the uneven bars, her scores have counted towards the team score. She continually is the team's biggest fan, & is proud to be a part of this team. She is a great asset to our team!! 

Hayleigh Hoegler (Gymnastics) is continually in the top 3 on all events contributing to team score. She is a leader, a friend, a talented gymnast that points her heart into the team. I couldn’t be more proud of Hayleigh!! 

Madeline Kormuth (Girls Basketball) had a MONSTER game versus Stow. with 22 points.

Kameron Lumpkin (Boys Basketball)

Salvatore Miller (Boys Swimming/Diving) competed in the Suburban League Diving Championship Meet on January 3rd, placing 4th overall. This is up from 8th place the previous year. His performance propelled the Men's Team to a conference victory for the second year. Way to go, Sal!

Jack Molchak (Wrestling) had an impressive & gutsy come from behind win in the opening round of the prestigious Medina Invitational where he came back from being down 13-2 before making it 20-17 & securing the pin.

Davon Simmons (Boys Basketball)

Tanishka Addepalli (Cheerleading) is a well rounded student athlete, she always puts her studies first & is well prepared for all practices/games. She has a kind heart that makes her a great leader for the underclassmen. She communicates well with all her teammates & has a fun, bubbly, creative personality that brings new & exciting ideas to our cheerleading program.

Zavier Bodak (Hockey) was called up to the top offensive line for the Cleveland Heights Holiday Tournament. His strength & hard shot contributed many goals, including a hat trick, & helped secure the Comets 4-0 record & tournament championship.

Ryan Brunner (Wrestling) has shown commitment & dedication in practice in preparation for competing for Solon at Chardon's Joe Novak Invitational.

Nina Demenkova (Girls Swimming/Diving) swam best times in both the 50 free & 100 breast at the Jim Stacy Winter Championships, placing 13th & 11th respectively. 

Nate Kehrier (Hockey) is displaying his strong playmaker skills so far this season. Besides scoring many goals, he uses his hockey IQ to set up goals for his linemates. He has several multiple-assist games.

Victoria Khorishko (Girls Swimming/Diving) swam best times in both the 200 free & 100 fly at the Jim Stacy Winter Championships, placing 7th & 8th respectively.

Marissa Blackford (Girls Basketball) returning junior, looking to lead by example of hard work & team player.

Robert Bradley (Wrestling) competed very hard at the North Coast Classic & gave the level of effort we want from a member of the wrestling team.

Jack Cruickshank (Hockey) is showing strong leadership on & off the ice. His hustle is unmatched. His Hat Trick led the Comets to a big win over division rival Aurora.

Brady Dean (Hockey) is the ultimate team player...With 3 games this weekend against Avon, NDCL, & Orange he stepped up to fill gaps in the defense while still providing offensive sparks.

Nick Medow (Wrestling) showed tremendous improvement from week one to week two & avenged a previous loss while finishing one match away from placing at the 39th Annual Solon Comet Classic.

Erica Olszewski (Girls Basketball) returning senior & 4 year varsity player; looking to lead the team & encourage every player to her best game.

Ally Rodriquez (Cheerleading) is always willing to help her teammates during practices & games. Ally has a positive attitude, she is respectful & has a kind hearted personality that makes her an awesome part of our cheerleading program.
